Online Audition Application

 

 

INTRODUCTION

Welcome toQYO’s online audition application form.

In order to submit an online application, you must use your internet banking serviceto transfer the audition fee directly to the QYO bank account.

It is important that you read the information in the QYO Audition Formbefore completing this online form.

 

MULTIPLE INSTRUMENTS & AUDITIONS

If you wish to audition for two different instruments (eg. cello & clarinet), you must submit TWO separate online applications and pay the family fee of $60. However, if you wish to audition for two instruments within the same family (eg. flute & piccolo), you must submit TWO online applications and pay the single auditionfee of $35.

Applicants who wish to audition for Big Band plus another QYO ensemble must submit TWO online applications and pay the family fee of $60.

In all of the above cases, applicants will be allocated two audition times and two sets of excerpts.

An additional late fee of $22 applies to applications submitted after 1 August 2009.
